Got it, thanks!

We’ve received your request, and will get back to you ASAP to schedule your free class.
In the meantime, here are a few frequently asked questions and other fun resources to get you started!

What should I wear to my sample class?
For your free sample class, just wear comfortable/stretchy clothes and bare feet (socks/tights are too slippery without shoes).
If you choose to register, our dress code is listed here.

Where are you, and how early should I arrive?
Visit our location page for a map to the studio, parking info, etc.
Arrive 10-15 minutes before your first class.
